Colorado Springs

This encompasses Downtown Colorado Springs- the heart of our city. You have the business/banking district, courthouse, shopping, nightlife, the Switchbacks Stadium also known as Weidner Field and lots of delicious restaurants and eateries.  If you want to be near or part of the hustle and bustle with coffee shops on nearly every corner, this would be my recommendation for you! We also have the Old North End part of Central Colorado Springs which is early 1900’s Victorian style homes, wide streets and established trees. It’s a gorgeous part of town I love to take a joy ride through. Patty Jewett, Palmer Park, Olympic Center, Prospect Lake, there are so many flavors in Central Colorado Springs, an area worth looking into more!

Monument

Monument is part of the Tri-Lakes Area which includes Palmer Lake and Woodmoor. Known for its outdoor trails, smaller town vibes and upscale homes offering larger lots with the luxury of being in between Colorado Springs and Denver. Having lived in Monument, I love the slower feel & friendliness of residents. Many of the homes in Monument offer large lots and room to breathe, with Kings Deer, Bent Tree and High Forest Ranch are some of the neighborhoods that are one of a kind. Close to Northgate which offers TopGolf, iFly and Bass Pro Shops – Monument is a wonderful place to call home!

Fountain

Fountain is known for its close commute to Ft. Carson and Pueblo. Fountain is still a very affordable part of town offering comfortability and family friendly home communities. The Fountain Valley Creek runs through Fountain and offers a gorgeous nature center, pond and trails to walk. This city has grown rapidly building a lot of accommodations at your fingertips. There are master plan communities like Bradley Ranch, Lorson Ranch, Ventana and Fountain Valley Ranch are a few examples. You also have some spacious farm houses sprinkled in.

Peyton / Falcon

Peyton/Falcon is a rapidly growing sub-city that offers a variety of housing options. Falcon is within Peyton but offers neighborhoods like Meridian Ranch- a master plan community that has a pool house, gym, playgrounds and trails. Peyton is further out east and offers the larger rural plots, from custom built homes, horse properties to modular homes Peyton has a variety of options for buyers looking for options close to the City of Colorado Springs!

Westside

I may be biased since I have lived on the Westside since 2019, I have fallen in love with this part of town. The overall westside is tucked into the Range that Colorado Springs boasts. Established trees, wildlife, and nature is the best way to describe the Westside.  This is a broad area as well, there’s really Northwest and Southwest Colorado Springs. Northwest Colorado Springs includes Rockrimmon, Mountain Shadows, Kissing Camels and landmarks like Ute Valley Park, Garden of the Gods and Glen Eyrie Castle. The southwest part of town offers Manitou Springs, Broadmoor, Cheyenne Canon and Old Colorado City. Lots of outdoor activities that include hikes & streams with historical parts within the Westside. It has a variety of options whether you want a historical part of town, new builds with views or condos that offer amenities the westside encompasses that whether it’s north or south.

Powers

Powers to me is a central and part of town now as Colorado Springs continues to grow out East. It has so many amazing amenities and neighborhoods within this part of town. Close to Peterson AFB and Shriever it makes  a close commute for many military members and families. It houses family friendly neighborhoods like Stetson Hills, Banning Lewis Ranch, Cimarron Hills and Patriot Park. It’s a busy area and in my opinion a part of town you don’t really need to leave to have everything at your fingertips!
